Justin Richardson
President
Justin has more than 15 years in healthcare experience helping to build and scale teams. He started clinically working in an emergency department and then moved into managing and growing a start-up. Justin has guided companies through operational and strategic transitions, and successfully navigated challenges to produce successful outcomes by focusing on people. When not working, Justin enjoys quality time with his family and is an avid outdoorsman and baseball fan.
Rex Bell
Vice President of Clinical Services
Rex joined CoBridge Workforce Solutions Staff as Vice President of Clinical Services in August of 2021 after 7 years with Frontier Management as a Regional Nurse and National Director of Clinical Services. Rex brings over 28 years of nursing experience in geriatrics and Senior Housing having previously worked for companies like Assisted Living Concepts and Enlivant in a variety of regional and national roles serving and supporting their clinical departments. In addition to decades of field experience, Rex is a lifelong learner and recently earned his Masters of Science in Nursing Executive Leadership.
